Bing Crosby introduces this film about the lack of citizen participation in election politics. When Grace ducks into a local precinct meeting to get out of the rain she gets an earful of politics just prior to an election. She is inspired to become a fervent precinct worker with a growing roster of contacts, only to become ill and bedridden.
