Naaman the Leper (1954)

Mr. Fixit (David Wisner) tells the story of Naaman the leper to young Sherry. Naaman, the Captain of the Syrian Army, has become a leper and is despondent. His servant suggests he seek out the prophet Elisha for healing. When Elisha sends a messenger to Naaman inviting him to visit, Naaman becomes skeptical when he arrives to find Elisha living as a "poor man." His faith is tempted further when Elisha instructs him to go to the river Jordan and wash himself seven times to be healed. Inspired by 2 Kings 1-15.
